Plant Manager

As a Factory Manager, your role will involve the day-to-day operation of the plant, including planning, manpower arrangement, interacting with the R&D team, quality checks, and overseeing the assembly department. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of SS Sheetmetal Fabrication, Laser Cutting machine, Bending, Punching, buffing, welding processes for SS Material. - Planning and preparing for SS fabrication in accordance with industry standards and site requirements. - Designing, cutting, forming, welding, joining, polishing, and finishing SS structures, components, or products. - Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated structures meet required standards. - Ensuring the correct installation of fabricated structures at the worksite. - Possessing good communication skills. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills. - Being willing to learn and take initiatives to improve processes. Qualifications Required: - Candidate should have expertise in SS Sheetmetal Fabrication, Laser Cutting machine, Bending, Punching, buffing, welding processes for SS Material. - Experience in planning and preparing for SS fabrication. - Strong communication skills. - Problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to learn and take initiatives to enhance operations.
