Plant Manager

As a Factory Manager at this Gujarat-based food manufacturing company, your role will involve leading and managing plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met. You will monitor budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments while ensuring compliance with Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management of staff, maintaining machinery, resolving production issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting production reports to management, fostering employee engagement, maintaining cordial relations, liaising with statutory bodies, and managing inspections.
