Job Description:
Factory manager role involves day to day operation of plant, Planning, manpower arrangement, Interact with R& Team, Quality Check & Assembly Department.
Candidate should have a strong knowledge of SS Sheetmetal Fabrication, Laser Cutting machine, Bending, Punching, buffing, welding process for SS Material.
Planning: Planning and preparing for SS fabrication in accordance with industry standards and site requirements
Design: Designing, cutting, forming, welding, joining, polishing, and finishing SS structures, components, or products
Quality checks: Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated structures meet required standards
Installation: Ensuring the correct installation of fabricated structures at the worksite
Communication: Having good communication skills
Problem solving: Having problem solving skills
Initiative: Being willing to learn and take initiatives to improve
Candidate in and around Rechills & Sholavaram are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
