Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the manufacturing process, order management, and timely production of vehicles at our plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.   Key Responsibilities: - Manufacturing Process: Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining quality standards. - Order Management: Manage orders, prioritize production, and ensure timely delivery to customers. - Production Planning: Plan and schedule production, allocating resources and personnel as needed. - Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures. - Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.   Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in the automotive industry. - Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in production planning and management.
