This is a full-time role for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing plant staff, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The role will also involve operations management, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity. This is a remote role that requires the candidate to coordinate and supervise plant activities.
