Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire silk production process from raw material to finished product Supervise and manage workforce across various silk processing units Ensure production targets are met with adherence to quality and efficiency standards Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities Manage raw material inventory and production inputs Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Liaise with the quality control department to ensure compliance with product standards Train and develop production staff and maintain team discipline Maintain production records and submit regular reports to senior management Ensure safety, health, and environmental protocols are followed on the shop floor

1. Maintain and repair silk manufacturing machinery including reeling, twisting, and winding machines. 2. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. 3. Address mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. 4. Coordinate with production team for planned maintenance schedules. 5. Maintain logbooks and reports on equipment performance. 6. Ensure machine calibration and alignment for optimal output. 7. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery. 8. Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols. 9. Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and tools. 10. Participate in continuous improvement activities for process efficiency.
