Role Summary: The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across the companys facilities. This includes production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, inventory control, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations, enhancing productivity, and driving quality and efficiency in line with business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Operations Management Lead end-to-end plant operations ensuring optimum productivity and resource utilization. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Forecast and plan capacity, manpower, and infrastructure requirements. 2. Manufacturing Excellence Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma. Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and production volume targets are met. Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. 3. Quality & Compliance Work closely with the QA/QC team to maintain high product quality standards. Implement and sustain ISO, GMP, and APQP systems across the production line. 4. Supply Chain & Inventory Optimize procurement, vendor development, logistics, and warehousing functions. Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing working capital. 5. Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure smooth product launches. Play a key role in implementing new technologies and automation. 6. People Management Build and manage a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous development. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities. Experience in HVAC&R or precision engineering manufacturing,Sheetmetal Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
