Role Summary: The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across the companys facilities. Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. 3. Quality & Compliance Work closely with the QA/QC team to maintain high product quality standards. Implement and sustain ISO, GMP, and APQP systems across the production line. 4. Supply Chain & Inventory Optimize procurement, vendor development, logistics, and warehousing functions. Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing working capital. 5. Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure smooth product launches.
