Plant Head

Summary:

Looking for Plant Head who has experience in Rice Industry, FMCG or any Food processing company. Who can direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant, oversee all levels of staff activity and performance, develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance, ensures company policies and procedures are always followed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Review all production orders and processing schedules and make critical decisions about workflow strategies to ensure all customers receive goods on time.
• Test and monitor plant processes.
• Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures

Ideal Experience/ Knowledge:

• Previous working experience as a Plant Manager in FMCG or food processing company.
• In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource, and allocation.)
• Minimum 8 years in a Managerial role in FMCG or food processing company.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office; Excel/ Word Skills
• Languages: English and Hindi
• Team management
• Quality correspondence through email, phone, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
