Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead operations at our corrugated box manufacturing unit in Bangalore.
The candidate must be from the local area (relocation not required) and have a strong background in semi-automatic corrugation plants.

Responsibilities Key

· Oversee end-to-end plant operations and production planning.

· Manage semi-automatic corrugation and converting machines

· Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatches.

· Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and operators.

· Monitor costs and implement process improvements.

· Maintain safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the corrugated box manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in semi-automatic plant operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Local candidates only (relocation not required).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
