Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Heading overall production operations for our backward integrated manufacturing facilities of cumulative 1,00,000 MT per annum + 60,000 MT PA expansion in plan of steel tower for the Telecom & Transmission Line industry.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Build and mentor a high-performing team and maintain workforce discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

15-24 years of experience in a similar role as Plant Head - Manufacturing Operations or equivalent position.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of implementing lean six sigma principles for continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
