1.Exp. Of Auto industry & processes like Forging, Press forging, Machine shop etc.
2.Exposure of Lean manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Must have worked as plant head for min. 5 years.Must be having good communication & leadership skills.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must be B.tech with minimum 18 years experience in the similar field. Must be able to lead departments from Production to Dispatch. Strong know how of Quality, QMS, Maintenance, Tooling etc
