Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in Pune. The Plant Head will oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage production planning, ensure quality control, and handle budgeting. The role involves supervising production management processes and optimizing productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the plant.
