Job Description

Lead and oversee all operations of the aluminium fabrication and assembly plant.
Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in coordination with management.

Monitor production efficiency, resource utilization, and cost control measures.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance regulations.
Manage and develop teams across production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
Collaborate with design and procurement teams for seamless production flow.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all machinery and tools.
Drive process improvements, automation, and waste reduction initiatives.
Monitor raw material inventory, supplier performance, and dispatch timelines.
Prepare production, manpower, and performance reports for senior management Role & responsibilities
