Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain updated inventory records in ERP or manual systems.
Supervise material receiving, inspection, and storage.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain consumption logs.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and identification of materials.
Coordinate with purchase and production teams for inventory planning.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requests proactively.
Maintain safety and cleanliness in the store area.
Prepare reports on stock valuation and movement.

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years in store or inventory management in a manufacturing setup..
