This role includes prospecting, investigation, consultative selling and assisting our development teams in creating a better offering for our customers. This role requires a highly motivated self-driven person who is willing to work in fast changing conditions. Key responsibilities of the role include: Sell Vaisala suite of Weather Resource Data Tools, Consulting Services and Measurement Equipment to the Renewable Energy market comprised of OEM, IPP and Financial Institutions. Manage assigned Key Accounts in your territory Create and Implement the sales strategy to win new customers Achieving sales budget and Gross Margin targets. To be successful in this role, we re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Strong knowledge of the Renewable Energy (wind and solar) market specifically in the areas of Resource Assessment, Resource Measurement and Renewable Energy production forecasting. 8 years of consultative selling experience with minimum 5 years of successful sales track record in the Renewable Energy sector Knowledge of contract practices for consulting services and capital equipment sales. Good networking and influencing skills Willingness to travel Fluent English You are an outstanding Sales Manager with unstoppable drive. You are competitive by nature with ability to win. You always put the customer first. You also understand that the good co-operation with different stakeholders is a must.
