DGM - Process Engineering (Capex Projects) - API

Title: Deputy General Manager - Process Engineering. (Capex projects)

Level : DGM (Strictly at DGM level only)

BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engg (mandatory)

Experience: In Pharma / API Industry Only for 16 years minimum to 22 years.

4-5 Team members will report to this role.

Working : Alternate Saturday off.

Industry: You should be working in Process Engineering / Projects Design Engineering.

We are not looking for those who are working in Process Engg team dedicated towards R&D, Tech Transfer, process Efficiency improvements, Debottlenecking, Energy Savings etc...

Key Responsibilities include:

Leading the scale up of process from R&D to the Large-scale plants.

Spearheading Process Engineering team of Crop vertical.

Interacting with core business functions within R&D and support process development.

Advice functions within R&D on optimal and effective ways in process development

Liasioning with manufacturing sales w.r.t scaling up the product and availability of infrastructure proactively.

Driving cost reduction programs with strong quality-based approach.

Evaluating batch trends to identify variables for continuous yield and quality improvement.

Devising new technologies depending on latest industry updates and best practices.

Guiding and developing team on newer technologies & effective ways of doing work.

Strategizing and executing rigorous practices which are precise, accurate, reproducible, "full proof" and specific to the product, etc.

Supporting PE function head with prioritization of projects and MIS to effectively track the progress.
