Main Duties / Responsibilities Establish Corporate level Vendor Management Dashboard, Category based Vendor Lists, Strategic Vendor Engagement and Development plans. • Actively create and drive new opportunities and activities for the engagement of internal and external stakeholders. • To influence, negotiate and identify potential risks and value add opportunities. • Organizing and coordinating Vendor meetings and preparation meetings. • Monitoring Vendor service level performance, establishing and maintaining Vendor Matrix. • Produce management reports (highlighting key Supplier performance, including coordinating Vendor scorecards). • Establish Strategic and corporate level vendor relationship and engagement plan • Proactively develop Category and location-based Vendor Lists for Clough corporate, bids/projects • Monitor milestone progress and contractor performance. • Liaising regularly with key stakeholders. • Refining and Improving Corporate and Project Specific Vendor Management process and with detailed work-instructions, training material and templates • Review of Contract management and related practices. • Participate/Conduct Supplier audits on-site & off-site including Supplier Performance Management • Lead/Participate Cloughs Strategic initiatives of Reconciliation Action Plan -RAP; Australian Industry Participation- AIP and Local Industry Development Participation : LIDP etc Company Requirements • Code of Conduct; • Demonstrate Clough Values; • Behaviours in MPOE; • Clough Management System requirements Qualifications: * Bachelor/Masters Degree * Recognised tertiary qualifications in supply chain, management and/or engineering fields. * Internal/Lead Auditors Quality & /or environment Management Systems Experience * Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in a project/company of the similar size and complexity: * Significant procurement/Category Management experience across Indirect Categories within a large organization * Risk based approach to Vendor management and development activities. * Demonstrated experience in developing effective category and Procurement strategies, lead commercial negotiations and manage across the lifecycle. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels • Excellent risk analysis skills * Experience in Pivot and Power BI • Agile and Structured approach to process development and improvement Industry Automotive Infrastructure Languages (Mandatory) English (read, write, speak)
POSITION DESCRIPTION Position Title Plant & Equipment Specialist (MECHANICAL) - Support India (Research/Documentation/Project support) Incumbent Reports to Global Supply Chain Plant & Equipment Director Incumbent Location/Project Position Summary Plant & Equipment Mechanical Specialists will support by gathering, analysing, and organizing technical data to underpin bidding, procurement, and operational activities. Your role ensures that research outputs and documentation are accurate, accessible, and aligned. As a Plant & Equipment Mechanical Specialist, you may specialize several civil, mechanical equipment and processes You will provide engineering, technical support related to mechanical field for ongoing bidding, project start up, project delivery phase and technical studies. Job Description Key responsibilities Design the database schema for plant and equipment items specifications, ensuring scalability and ease of use Collect, validate, and input mechanical specifications, vendor data, cost estimates, and performance metrics Develop standardized data templates, naming conventions, and documentation guidelines Manage a central knowledge repository or database for all P&E research and documentation Coordinate with engineers, procurement specialists, and OEMs to clarify technical queries and source missing information Produce regular research reports, comparative analyses, and executive summaries for GSC teams Monitor industry standards, regulations, and best practices to keep documentation current Support bidding and project start up activities including engineering feasibility studies and procurement processes if required Ensuring that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to and incorporated into P&E documentations Conceptualizing and recommending plant improvement strategies with relates documentation Key result areas A fully populated library covering all Plant & Equipment items by project and typology. Data base including specifications, data sheet, RFQ package, vendors, drawings, etc Complete and accurate research deliverables delivered within agreed timelines A searchable, up-to-date repository of equipment datasheets, vendor contacts, and technical reports Prepare comprehensive equipment lists and cost estimates. Write clear and effective proposals that accurately address plant and equipment requirements. Provide technical and research expertise to project teams regarding plant and equipment specifications and performance. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred), Technical Writing, Information Management or related field Strong knowledge of plant and equipment used in the construction and energy industry and their applications. Minimum Experience Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to plant and equipment procurement and operation. 1–3 years in a research, documentation, or knowledge-management role within engineering or procurement environments Exposure to industrial plant & equipment specifications and tender processes Experience in preparing technical specifications and scope of work for plant and equipment procurement. Key Competencies Results oriented and team player. Understanding of mechanical equipment specifications, datasheets, and vendor documentation Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical requirements. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
