You are an experienced Planning & Strategy Head responsible for leading integrated campaign planning and strategic direction for a large-scale political marketing initiative. You will play a crucial role in translating voter sentiment and party objectives into powerful, multi-channel campaign plans that aim to deliver mass connectivity, influence public perception, and strengthen the party's positioning. This role requires sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of Punjab's socio-political realities. With over 5 years of experience, you will work from the office located in Mohali/Chandigarh and must possess a strong knowledge of the Punjabi language, culture, political nuances, and regional voter behavior. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include leading integrated planning efforts across various campaign arms, translating central political objectives into actionable strategies, creating culturally resonant narratives to connect with Punjabi voters, overseeing research on socio-political factors, analyzing past election data, building relationships with stakeholders, aligning objectives and messaging priorities, developing strategies for seamless integration of on-ground activities with digital amplification, monitoring campaign performance, proposing new planning approaches, presenting political marketing plans to party leadership, and highlighting key voter trends and media opportunities.
