Planning Manager-Terminal

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and control functions for the Terminal Building package of a major Airport Project. The Planning Manager will be responsible for project scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting to ensure successful and timely completion of the terminal works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align project milestones.
• Monitor and update the master schedule to reflect actual progress and forecast future timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports, progress S-curves, dashboards, and look-ahead plans.
• Identify potential delays or deviations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Attend site meetings and interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedule and deliverables.
• Evaluate contractor’s submitted schedules, method statements, and recovery plans.
• Track and monitor critical paths, construction sequences, and resource allocations.
• Assist with contractual claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and schedule impact analysis.
• Coordinate closely with Cost Control, QA/QC, and Site Execution teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Construction Management is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning & scheduling, with at least 5 years on airport terminal projects.

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

• Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects in a PMC or EPC environment.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Knowledge of FIDIC/contractual clauses related to scheduling and EOT will be preferred.
