Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager in Semiconductor Manufacturing, based in Gujarat. The Planning Manager will heading a team of 10+ planning engineers, develop master plan for a major complex, update schedules update and maintance and providing insights on project performance, delays and recovery options. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, continually optimizing schedule, monitoring , and preparing regular performance reports. The Planning Manager will also develop and implement strategies to meet dealines and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Scheduling following DCMA guidelines
• Strong Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing green field projects
• Strong Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to meet tight schedule targets and improve operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Engineering degree in elctronics and 15+ years of experience
• Certification (PMP or PRINCE 2) desirable
