Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager in Semiconductor Manufacturing, based in Gujarat. The Planning Manager will heading a team of 10+ planning engineers, develop master plan for a major complex, update schedules update and maintance and providing insights on project performance, delays and recovery options. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, continually optimizing schedule, monitoring , and preparing regular performance reports. The Planning Manager will also develop and implement strategies to meet dealines and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Scheduling following DCMA guidelines Strong Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing green field projects Strong Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams Ability to develop and implement strategies to meet tight schedule targets and improve operational efficiency Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Engineering degree in elctronics and 15+ years of experience Certification (PMP or PRINCE 2) desirable
