We’re Hiring with PMC for a large-scale greenfield commercial project in
📌 Role: Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning
📍 Location: Navi
Mumbai (Jui Nagar)
🎓 Qualification: B.Arch + Post Graduation
💼 Experience: 6–8 years (preferably from IPCs)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹13 LPA + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage planning activities for greenfield commercial projects (3+ lakh sq.ft) from concept to completion
* Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, clients & project stakeholders
* Prepare & track project schedules using MS Project
* Conduct design & progress review meetings, prepare MoMs, and circulate updates
* Prepare MIS, daily/weekly/monthly client reports
* Collaborate with site teams for progress monitoring
* Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies
