Designation: Planning Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Pay range and compensation package

Salary Range: up to 14 LPA

Qualifications

• 8+ yrs of experience
• Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. / Civil / Architect / diploma candidates not eligible
• Candidates should have done Post graduation from NICMAR preferably

Responsibilities

• Understands the Project and its challenges wholesomely.
• Manage sequencing of activities and prepare schedule on MSP.
• Manage the resource levelling on the MSP schedule.
• Knows about the productivity of each trade workers.
• Prepare project schedule at macro and micro level, present it within various sub schedule categories like overall program, tender schedule, individual work categories etc.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in execution/planning/coordination of green field construction projects is a must.

Preferred Skills

• Eligibility Criteria: B.E – Civil/Architecture, Post graduate degree in Construction Management/MBEM will be an added advantage.
