Planning Manager

You are looking to join one of the Largest Power Transmission Company in India as a Manager - Site Planning & Resource Co-ordinator based in Neemarana, Rajasthan. In this role, you will report directly to the Project Leaders of the respective project, managing both Capital and Expense projects of Transmission Grid including construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and execution of Smart Grid solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Initiating projects, planning, forecasting, milestone structuring, dependency management, critical path identification, and reporting. - Tracking and reporting project finances, ensuring accurate periodic financial forecasts, conducting sound variance analysis, cash flow sensitivity analysis, and actively identifying efficiency opportunities. - Identifying project risks at pre-bid and execution stages, quantifying and developing risk mitigation plans, and maintaining risk registers at project and portfolio levels. - Acting as the primary liaison to the Projects Cluster Lead and the team for project management activities and performance. - Developing and sharing Management Information System (MIS) and presentations with C-Level executives regarding project portfolio health and execution. - Providing analytics and support in decision-making by bringing out insights of projects. In terms of educational qualifications, you are required to have a BE / BTech degree in any stream along with Primavera or MSP experience. Additionally, you should possess a total experience of 7 to 15 years with exclusive end-to-end experience of project schedules.,
