Planning Lead - Precast Industry

Purpose/Objective

*Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning.

*Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Operations Management or Business Administration (preferred).
• 10-20 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the precast industry.
