Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planning & Project Control Head to lead our project planning and control functions at our Jamnagar location. The successful candidate will have a strong background in core project planning and control, with a consistent focus on township and residential projects throughout their career.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project planning and control strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Requirements

22+ years of experience in project planning and control, with a focus on township and residential projects.
B.E. Civil or NICMAR (Regular) qualification.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
