Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Plan monthly/weekly/daily production and ensure efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor plan adherence, resolve delays, and coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Quality teams.
Handle material planning, review MRP, and maintain optimal inventory without stockouts or excess.
Analyze capacity, remove bottlenecks, and schedule preventive maintenance for smooth operations.
Ensure on-time delivery through effective dispatch planning and coordination with Sales/Projects.
Control production cost, improve efficiency, and lead the planning team with strong communication and reviews.
