Job Description

Plan and Estimate Flooring products, Create CAD drawings and Design

Key Responsibilities

Plan and estimate material requirements for flooring projects based on client specifications.
Prepare
CAD drawings
and layouts for project execution and client approvals.
Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to deliver accurate designs.
Develop cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and timelines for flooring products.
Ensure designs comply with project standards, safety requirements, and quality benchmarks.
Provide design support and technical assistance during project execution.
Maintain proper documentation of designs, estimates, and revisions.
Suggest innovative design solutions and product applications to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
25 years of experience in planning, estimation, or design (preferably flooring/interior products).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and related design/drafting tools.
Strong analytical and numerical skills for estimation and planning.
Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and design trends.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
