Job Description

 
-Planning of Products in different Shop based on the capacity and the Pipeline.
-Prepare SOP with dates for all Operations and Production Sequence
-Understand the Production and Procurement Process and arrange the Loading plan
-Coordinate within Department for information and report on Progress of manufacture
-Coordinate with Installation and Sales on readiness of the product
-Prepare MIS report on the Production delays and action Thereoff
-Coordinate with External vendors On Outsourced Products
-Review Weekly and Update Status on Pending Customer Orders
-Has Knowledge about fabrication and Assembly Process
-Generate Material Requirements based on Customer orders and BOM Details
-Work on Throughput Time of every Process and derive Steps to Optimise time lines
-Preparation of Dashboards on Manufacturing ,Installation,Product data for Senior Management Review
-Attend Kick off Meetings and Coordinate to derive Delivery Time Lines
Plan and schedule production/project activities to meet deadlines and client requirements
Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and align timelines with project milestones
Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and installation teams for smooth execution
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project or Excel
Monitor project progress and update internal stakeholders regularly
Identify potential delays and risks; propose corrective actions
Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with management
Ensure resource availability and allocation for multiple running projects
Maintain planning records, drawings, timelines, and issue logs
Follow up with vendors and internal departments for timely material availability
Improve planning processes and reduce project execution cycle times

3-5 Years Experience in Project Manangement/PPC Operations.(Preferably in MSME Material Handling /Engineering Industry)
