Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 / MS Project) and track project progress.
Develop baseline project programs and revise schedules as needed.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress and prepare reports.
Coordinate with execution, procurement, and design teams to ensure timely inputs.
Analyze delays and propose recovery plans and mitigation measures.
Prepare look-ahead schedules and resource histograms.
Maintain logs for drawings, procurement, approvals, and materials.
Assist in budget planning and cost monitoring.
Participate in project review meetings and provide progress updates.
Ensure compliance with contract timelines and client reporting formats.
Support claims and extension of time (EOT) documentation.
Monitor productivity and analyze variances vs. planned metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
