Planning Engineer

As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules across various sectors to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, encompassing all engineering, procurement, and construction activities. - Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively, facilitating the timely completion of project phases. - Monitor project progress against schedules, providing regular updates to the project management team. - Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of project milestones. - Prepare and present detailed progress reports and schedules to stakeholders, including clients and project teams. - Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6 is essential for effective planning. Key Requirements: - You should possess 5-7 years of experience in planning engineering within real estate, construction, or related sectors. - A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, while a master's degree and PMP certification would be advantageous. - Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess complex project data and metrics effectively.
