Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6, MS Project). Track project progress, perform critical‑path and delay analysis, and propose mitigation or catch‑up plans Coordinate resource allocation and demand–supply planning at scale (e.g., GPU clusters, HPC facilities) Generate detailed reports (S-curves, variance, EVM) for internal and external stakeholders apply. Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and “what‑if” scenario simulations.
