Planning Engineer – High-Rise Buildings Location: Calicut Experience: 3–7 Years Industry: Construction – High-Rise Residential / Commercial Projects Tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project planning software Preferred Qualification: NICMAR or equivalent Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 5–7 years of experience, specifically in high-rise building projects . The ideal candidate must be proficient in Primavera P6 , MS Project , or similar planning tools and have a strong understanding of construction timelines, resource management, and project risk mitigation. A planning background from NICMAR is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for high-rise building projects using Primavera P6/MS Project Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure realistic planning and smooth execution Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions Prepare and review baseline schedules, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans Conduct regular progress review meetings and generate reports for stakeholders Manage planning data for resource forecasting, procurement tracking, and subcontractor coordination Prepare delay analysis and support claims for EOT (Extension of Time) if required Align project schedules with statutory approvals, construction drawings, and material delivery timelines Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline 3–7 years of experience in planning high-rise residential or commercial construction projects Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 , MS Project , and MS Excel NICMAR certification or equivalent project management/planning qualification preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and interdependencies Effective communicator with excellent coordination, organizational, and analytical skills Interested Candidates can send cv to hr@hilitegroup.com.. for more details call us to 7025192192/7736305222 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
