Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing and managing project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and task sequencing. Billing & Cost Control: Preparing and submitting billings, managing project costs, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Contract Administration: Understanding contract terms, managing variations, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks related to planning, scheduling, and billing, and developing mitigation strategies. Communication & Coordination: Working with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), AutoCAD, and other relevant construction tools. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze project data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
