Planning Advisor

As an Administration/Business Support employee at LRQA in Mumbai, your key responsibilities will include planning visits and activities, ensuring optimal usage of assessors to meet utilization targets and accreditation requirements. You will be responsible for communicating visit details to assessors, assisting with the RFAT process, guiding customers on portal usage, and maintaining accurate data in BA&IS systems within agreed SLAs. Building and maintaining relationships, contributing to team meetings, and supporting knowledge transfer are also essential aspects of this role. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a service industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to take responsibility for addressing customer needs. Proficiency in MS Office, good command over English (written and spoken), and a proactive approach to issue resolution are key attributes for this position.
