Planning Advisor

As an Administration/Business Support employee at LRQA in Mumbai, your role involves planning visits/activities, ensuring appropriate assessors are utilized efficiently to meet utilization targets and accreditation requirements. You will communicate visit/activity details, resolve queries for internal and external clients, and assist with the RFAT process, prioritizing key accounts and providing support for basic customer queries. Key Responsibilities: - Plan visits/activities, optimizing assessor usage to achieve targets and compliance - Resolve queries, communicate visit/activity details, and ensure contractual requirements are met - Assist with the RFAT process, prioritize key accounts, and provide support for basic customer queries - Ensure data accuracy in BA&IS systems within agreed SLAs, supporting service delivery - Build and maintain relationships, contribute to team meetings, and support colleagues - Develop an understanding of Certification products, services, and processes - Prepare Tenders, Renewal contracts, and Certificates for Arabic clients as per KPIs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Master's degree with 2-3 years of Customer Service experience - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Proactive problem-solving ability and teamwork engagement - Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English - Ability to understand and resolve issues, taking responsibility for customer needs LRQA is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, creating a safer and more sustainable future through an inclusive culture.
