Planning Advisor

As an Administration/Business Support employee at LRQA in Mumbai, your key responsibilities will include planning visits and activities, ensuring proper allocation of assessors, and optimizing costs to meet utilization targets and accreditation requirements. You will be responsible for communicating visit details to internal and external clients, assisting with the RFAT process, guiding customers on portal usage, and maintaining accurate data in BA&IS systems within agreed SLAs. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, contribute to team meetings and initiatives, provide support to team members and other departments, and develop an understanding of Certification products and services. Preparation of tenders, renewal contracts, and certificates for Arabic clients will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-3 years of customer service experience in a service industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to take responsibility for delivering customer needs, proactively solve issues, and collaborate effectively with team members. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English (both written and spoken) are required.
