As a PMS Assistant, you will contribute to the effective planning, preparation, and execution of planned maintenance tasks on TORM’s vessels. This is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality, cost-efficient technical management.

Your Role: Make an Impact

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team which is central to implementing key projects which help us maintain our fleet at the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• PMS daily support tasks
• Updating job descriptions, intervals and align across the entire fleet
• Ensure cooperation and cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Maintaining spare part data
• Act as back-up for colleagues

The Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is an integrated part of our Fleet Management System (FMS) which is Sertica.

Your Profile

This position is for a PMS professional who would thrive in a global, collaborative environment and can bring technical expertise to the team.

To succeed in this role, you bring

• Sailing experience as a Marine Engineer
• Mandatory prior experience with PMS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
