Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer, located in Devbhumi Dwarka. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating with various campuses for placement activities, communicating with potential employers, and providing career counseling to students. The role also involves organizing training sessions, developing partnerships with employers, and ensuring successful placement of trainees.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating Campus Placement activities
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Training
• Background in Education and understanding of the skills development ecosystem
• Excellent organizational and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with financially challenged communities is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
