Visit here to know more - www.tatastrive.com ” Role Facilitator - Quick Service Restaurant Objective To ensure Training students at Tata STRIVE Skill Centre. Delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; developing reinforcements and evaluating outcomes. Support in the holistic youth development process along with training them on nuances of the Hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics. Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery, as per the framework provided. Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development, and delivery. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary feedback to the corporate team for necessary changes when required. Partner with students in their learning process and ensure a positive impact on the scorecard. Support the mobilization team for mobilizing learners. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. To conduct classroom and practical assessments for the learners and evaluate their performance. Essential Skills Must have worked in a Fine dining restaurant or 24 Hrs. Coffee Shop and Banquets/Events and Conferences. Experience in Departmental Learning Coordination/ Training and Development/department training is a must. Prior experience in Vendor Selection, Procurement, and Budgeting. Experience in Caf and Bar Operations. Experience as a Barista, Knowledge of Tea, Coffee & other Non-Alcoholic Beverages Caf Food preparation, Familiar with the vocational training industry & various skill development programs. Knowledge of Departmental SOPs. Excellent English communication Skills. Fluent in Hotel English and phraseology. Good Networking in City Hotels. Assess Placement Demand, Organize Placement Drive. Reporting To Center Manager Location Qualifications Bachelor from IHM (NCHMCT Central or State affiliation only), Management trainees will be given preference. Role & responsibilities As a full stack developer 1) Ability to map business stakeholders use cases and data outcomes by underlying applications (existing/new) 2) Responsible for design, development, test, deployment and maintenance of systems 3) Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects 4) Keep up to date on latest industry trends in mobile [Android]/web [ Spring boot, React] 5) Build micro services, UI components for improvements in existing capabilities or new and innovative capabilities 6) Work along with implementation vendors and integrate solutions with STRIVE platform Participate in governance calls to report on the following data points: - Attendance of participants (including dropouts & punctuality), Grooming status of participants, Progression of curriculum, Any infrastructure updates/issues, Feedback on content, Any candidate specific information,Participant assessment Data, Participant & Trainer Survey data. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in web technologies (HTML 5, Boot STRAP, Angular JS etc.) and Java based projects of minimum 2 years Proven experience in mobile technologies of minimum one year (Android Native/Hybrid apps) and mobile device User Interfaces development experience Experience to perform the end to end Java development and deployment. Experience with database development (SQL experience) Hands one experience in IDE tools [NetBeans, Android Studio] and frameworks [ React, Spring Boot etc]

Role : Lead Regional Operations Tata STRIVE is the skill development initiative of the Tata Community Initiatives Trust under the aegis of Tata Trusts, addressing the pressing need of skilling Indias youth for employment, entrepreneurship and community enterprise. Website - www.tatastrive.com Objective The objective of the role is to manage the operations for various programmes implemented in the region and ensure the execution by adhering to Tata STRIVE operational standards. Major Deliverables Stakeholder Management: Identify key internal and external stakeholders from private and government sectors and proactively engage with them to create a value proposition for the Region. Ensure dissemination of accurate reports on timely basis to entire team (Including partners) for ongoing updates. Capacity Utilization: Ensure the optimal centre capacity utilization across all centres within the region by ensuring the appropriate mobilization strategies for each centre. Regional Operations: Conduct periodic performance reviews with relevant stakeholders and keep track on the progress and ensure course correction within stipulated timeframe. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as and when required. Quality Assessment: Collaborate with QA teams and centre managers to ensure the quality of training is maintained at all times across the region as per Tata STRIVE standards. Human Resource Management: Ensure minimal attrition by maintaining conducive work environment at the centres in the region. Collaborate with stakeholders to support professional development of facilitators and administrative staff. Placement: Support the placement process by strengthening the relationship with existing partners, enable centre teams to identifying new local partners for meeting placement targets. Financial Sustainability: Ensure the financial sustainability of each centre by closely monitoring the expenses and adopt suitable cost optimization methods . Ensure Centre finances are utilized within budgets as per finance guidelines.
