Tata STRIVE is an initiative of the TCIT, aimed at actively bridging the gap between vocational education and industry needs. Tata STRIVE runs various programmes to skill the youth from underprivileged backgrounds enabling gainful livelihood for each aspirant differentiated by its innovations in technology, pedagogy and methodology.

Role:

Objective

The Lead Strategy Architecture serves as the channel that enables the

organisations vision to be implemented year on year by prioritizing on the

immediate annual objectives and ensuring the framework for the same is

laid down.

Major Deliverables

• Define the IT Strategy & road map aligned to Tata STRIVE business plans
• Conducting independent research and analysis to identify what can be

added to the Tata STRIVE

• Preparing an annual Roadmap by prioritizing on specific areas of change

and performance.

• Focusing on building internal team capabilities and provide process inputs
• Designing a Strategy Document that captures the annual roadmap with

support and justification for the proposed action plan

• Periodically review roadmap and ensure alignment of objectives at various

levels

• Introduce new technology concepts for enriching stakeholder experience
• Collaborate with internal teams for creating STRIVE business plan
