Placement Officer

Position: Placement Officer

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential employers and arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview sessions.
• Should be willing to travel and maintain strong relationships with companies across India to facilitate student placements.
• Guide and mentor students in resume writing, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Collaborate with academic teams to understand course outcomes and align placement opportunities accordingly.
• Track student placement data and prepare regular reports on placement success rates.
• Ensure students are aware of job opportunities and provide support throughout the application process.
• Establish partnerships with industries for internships, live projects, and recruitment purposes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to enhance placement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Placement Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong network and connections with companies across various industries in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in using placement management systems and Microsoft Office.
