Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Placement Officer to build strong corporate connections, coordinate student placements, and support interview preparation. The ideal candidate will actively drive placement opportunities and ensure students are career-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies to ensure consistent placement opportunities.
• Network with industry partners, HR representatives, and hiring managers
• Research and scout for new job openings, internships, and apprenticeships
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands
• Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives and interviews.
• Guide students in resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
• Track and ensure placement progress of all eligible students.
• Prepare and maintain placement-related reports and records.
• Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student readiness.
• Reach out to new companies and expand placement networks.
• Provide regular updates to management on placement activities and outcomes.
• Manage all student placement-related work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role/ Freshers can apply also
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
