The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and networking skills.Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and potential employers to facilitate job placements.* Organize campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and industry interaction sessions.* Assist students in developing resumes, interview skills, and professional behavior.* Maintain a database of students' academic records and placement status.* Track and report placement statistics and prepare annual placement reports.* Coordinate with academic departments to ensure students are industry-ready.* Arrange internship and training opportunities for students.* Stay updated with industry trends and employment market conditions.* Act as a liaison between the institution and employers to ensure feedback and continual improvement.* Organize guest lectures, workshops, and skill development programs.Qualifications and Experience* Any Bachelor's degree is required*1-2years of experience in placement coordination, career counseling, or corporate relations (experience in educational institutions preferred).
