Role & responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend) Teach technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React.js, Node.js), Java (Spring, Hibernate), Python, and MySQL Guide students through hands-on projects and real-world coding exercises Monitor student progress, provide mentorship, and solve technical queries Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments Stay updated with current industry trends, tools, and frameworks Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes Coordinate with the academic team to continuously improve course content Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred) Prior experience in full stack development or teaching is a plus Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python basics, MySQL Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and cloud deployment (AWS/Heroku) Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Prior experience in technical training or EdTech is a plus

Role & Responsibilities For Counsellor: Guide students and parents through course selection and career pathways Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and social media platforms Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth admissions conversion Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets Record and track lead progress in CRM and maintain student records Collaborate with faculty and marketing to align communication For Sales & Marketing Manager Role: Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollments Identify, approach, and onboard new institutional partners (colleges/coaching centers) Plan and conduct seminars, webinars, and marketing events Generate and nurture leads through offline and online campaigns Present DVOCs programs to stakeholders with compelling pitches Monitor performance KPIs and submit regular sales reports Support branding and outreach efforts in coordination with the marketing team Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline 05 years of experience in education sales, counselling, or marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with telephonic and face-to-face interactions Target-driven, with a passion for helping students succeed Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools Residing in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
