The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with industry recruiters, guide students for job readiness, and ensure high placement rates. ✅Key Responsibilities - Identify companies hiring for roles aligned with our IT courses. Build strong relationships with HRs and arrange campus drives and JOB fairs. Follow up for interviews, feedback, and offer letters. Motivate students to participate in placement activities and accept outstation offers when needed. Match student profiles with job openings and coordinate interviews. Maintain placement records and generate reports for management. ✅Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields). 2+ years’ experience in the placement, recruitment, or training sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Excel, email tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Represent the institute in corporate meetings and hiring events.
