Job Description

You will be a part of TeamLease EdTech, India's leading learning solutions company, offering services to Universities and Corporates. With partnerships with 40 of India's largest Universities, we train 3.5 Lakh students in 9 Indian languages and collaborate with 500 corporates for upskilling/skilling initiatives. - Client mapping to identify open vacancies for undergrad, grad students, and postgraduates - Counseling students and preparing them for interviews with clients - Conducting center and partner visits to ensure all enrolled students undergo orientation programs - Scouting for new job opportunities and placing students in affiliated universities for our Apprenticeship embedded degree program - Overseeing the On the Job Training (OJT) post selection Your responsibilities also include: - Ensuring timely collection of OJT/Offer letters & OJT Completion letters from clients - Meeting placement and revenue targets - Conducting candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews (phone and in-person) Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing student placements, fostering employer relationships, and achieving organizational goals effectively.,
