Hiring Placement Manager at Orane International!

Department: Training & Placement / Career Services
Experience Required: 3–7 years (Education / Training / Skill Development / Beauty & Wellness preferred)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities

• Industry & Employer Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with salons, spas, wellness centers, corporates, and international recruiters.
• Identify new placement opportunities and tie-ups across regions.
• Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and employer visits.

• Student Career Support
• Provide career counseling, grooming sessions, and mock interviews.
• Prepare students for job readiness (resume building, soft skills, professional etiquette).
• Match students’ skills with suitable placement opportunities.

• Placement Operations
• Conduct placement drives at centers and ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain a database of students, employers, and placement records.
• Track placement status and generate reports for management.

• Collaboration & Training Support
• Work closely with trainers, examiners, and academic teams to align skills with industry requirements.
• Collect employer feedback and suggest training improvements.

• Compliance & Branding
• Ensure placement activities adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Represent Orane International at external forums, career events, and networking sessions.

Skills Required

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of the Beauty & Wellness industry trends.
• Ability to organize events (placement drives, job fairs).
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related field preferred).
