Placement Manager

The job requires a candidate with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in campus placement in University/Institutions and ability to relocate to Bareilly. The purpose of the job is to acquire new clientele for CRC/University to facilitate student placements and internships. Responsibilities include strategizing and achieving successful career outcomes for graduating students, meeting recruitment targets, engaging with corporate for market outreach, coordinating with corporate for various activities, providing career services to students, collaborating with key stakeholders, networking with corporate HR professionals, achieving placement and internship targets, managing placement partners, conducting student counselling sessions, and organizing corporate engagement activities. The ideal candidate should hold a post-graduate degree, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate high integrity, be available 24*7 for important projects, and have knowledge of industry demographics.
